Capt. ILGEN after his graduation from Istanbul Technical University, worked on several types of vessels for 15 years, where he served as a Master Mariner for 5 years. Capt. İlgen worked as a Marine Surveyor in numerous P&I and H&M related cases for a private P&I correspondent company for 8 years before establishing VEF Marine.
